Two of the top producers in TE Network teamed up recently to produce the largest split fee of the week in the Network!

The recruiters in question are Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Sara Alexandroff of Sterling St. James, Inc. Amy and Sara placed a Supply Chain Leader to earn a placement fee of $37,500 at 25%.

But wait . . . there’s more! That’s because Bill Hall of The UrbanHall Group made his first split placement in TE Network recently. Bill and Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting placed a Fleet Manager to generate a split fee of $15,000.

What has Jeff done, exactly? Well, he’s been part of the Largest Split Fee of the Month in TE Network for the second month in a row.

In June, Jeff and Rebecca Lucas of CPG Talent Management, LLC placed a Director of Sales to earn a $50,000 fee at 25%. Then in July, Jeff and Thomas Trese of Tom Trese Networking, LLC placed a Procurement Packaging Manager, generating a fee of $41,400 in the process.

But that was far from the only big split placement fee in TE Network last month. Behold . . . feast your eyes on the fees below . . . and perhaps your name will grace the pages of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog next month.

Once again, Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is at the top of the heap. Brad was part of eight split placements during the month, and his cash-in total for those eight splits was over $42K.

As you can see, two other long-time Network Members—Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. and Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group—claimed second and third place, respectively. Steve’s cash-in for the month was nearly $35K and Michael collected almost $32K.

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

  1. The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
  2. The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.
