It’s not often that we have a tie for the Largest Split Fee of the Month in Top Echelon Network.

But we had a tie during the month of March! That’s because two sets of recruiters split a placement fee of $46,250 during the month.

John Peterson of Sun Recruiting, Inc. and Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group comprised one set. They placed a Plant Manager at 25%.

The other set of recruiters consisted of Connie Dorigan of Dorigan & Associates and Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting. They placed a Director of Logistics, also at 25%.

So this is a case of double congratulations, because the only thing better than one $46,250 fee is two $46,250 fees!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Nobody is “in the zone” in Top Echelon Network right now quite like Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group.

That’s because the reigning Recruiter of the Year in the Network made 34 TE placements during the month of March. Those placements resulted in a cash-in total for the month of close to $134K.

In addition, past Recruiter of the Year Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group remains hot on Michael’s heels, but even he was not able to approach Michael’s pace of over one TE placement per day. However, he did manage to also bill more than $100K in the Network during March.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Month feature in Top Echelon Network:

  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.)

March was another big month for new members in Top Echelon’s recruiting network!

That’s because, just like in February, a total of 21 recruiting agencies joined the Network ranks. (And if you remember, there were 20 new members in January.)

Will 20+ agencies join the Network in April? Only time will tell. In the meantime, we want to help our newest members become successful in the Network as quickly as possible.

April is the time of spring—the time for rebirth, hope, and all of the things that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside. It’s also traditionally been one of the biggest months for Network anniversaries in Top Echelon!

And this April is no exception. Not only do we have 55 agencies celebrating an anniversary this month, but we also have six agencies celebrating an anniversary of 20 years or more. And one of those agencies—KB Search Team, LLC—has been in the Network for 32 of its 34 years of existence.
