TE Network’s Largest Split Fees in March

There’s only one thing better than big placement fees . . . multiple big placement fees!

And that is exactly what we have in this issue of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog, starting with the Largest Split Fee of the Month in TE Network.

Responsible for that fee are Teresa Pernini of Pernini Legal, LLC and Theo Bates of Archer Hires. Teresa and Theo placed an Environmental Associate Attorney to earn a $55K fee at 25%.

Not only that, but there are also recruiters whose first TE Network splits are counted among the top split fees of the month. Those recruiters include Dianne Flory Intal of Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC; Hue Polinski of Sun Recruiting, Inc.; and Melissa Zuniga of Eden Capital Careers.

As a friendly reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its TE Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

Recruiters of the Month in TE Network for March

The first quarter of 2025 is officially over, but before we can announce the quarterly award winners in TE Network, we must announce the monthly winners.

And that starts with the Recruiters of the Month!

It should come as no surprise that Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is the Recruiter of the Month for March, as he has consistently won that award during the past couple of years. However, while doing so, Brad made his 200th TE Network placement during the first quarter.

So congratulations to Brad and all of our Recruiters of the Month in TE Network for the month of March!

Here is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Month feature in TE Network:

The top five (5) recruiters for the month.
The cash-in total for each recruiter during the month. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of cash-in dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they’ve made.)
The number of splits that the recruiters made during the month.
The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career.
Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career.

With this format, it’s more likely that there will be ties among recruiters, especially with those TE Network members who have made split placements with each other.
