Surf Search is at it again!

After claiming part of four of the 10 largest split placements in Top Echelon Network in 2020, the TE agency has started the year with a bang. Specifically, the agency is part of the Largest Split Fee Award in the Network for the month of January!

As you can see below, Debbie Winkelbauer of Surf Search split a $50K placement fee with Shelli Saunders of GoRecruitMe to take the top spot.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

As many of you are probably aware, Top Echelon Software acquired CATS Software, Inc. last fall.

Since that time, quite a few CATS users have joined Top Echelon Network as member agencies. Of course, we expect more CATS recruiting firms to join the Network membership ranks in the future.

With that in mind, we’re pleased to announce that Network members that use CATS can now copy a job from the CATS software to the Top Echelon Network database as part of their membership!

The process for doing so is both quick and easy. (Please note that in order to see the copy option on your CATS job order, you must use the same logins for both your CATS and Top Echelon accounts.)

Here are the steps:

1.) Navigate to the corresponding Job Order within your CATS database.

2.) Locate the Top Echelon Network card and click the Copy to Top Echelon Network button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3.) While some of the information will be pre-populated, fill in any additional information, specifically these required fields:

  • Job Title
  • Location
  • Min + Max Compensation
  • Fee
  • At least one Industry
  • At lease one Occupation Code
  • Job Description (500 character minimum)

4.) Click the Save button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen when complete.

We’re pleased to present the top recruiters in Top Echelon Network for the month of January!

Last year, we made a couple of changes to this regular feature in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. Those changes are as follows:

  1. We now list the top 10 recruiters for the month, instead of just the top five.
  2. We now base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the month.

With this format, there are more likely to be ties among recruiters, especially with those members who have made split placements with each other.

Top Echelon ended the year 2020 with a bang in terms of Network membership, and we’ve started the year 2021 with an even bigger bang.

That’s because while 17 new recruiting agencies joined the Network membership ranks in December, we welcomed another 23 agencies into our recruiting network in January!

As you might already know, we run the names of recruiting agencies applying for membership in the Network Dashboard of the Top Echelon software. We list the names of new Network agencies, as well.

However, we also list our new members in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. This list typically includes the:

  • Name of the agency
  • Industries and/or specialties in which the agency operates
  • Names of the recruiters working at the agency
  • Geographic location of the agency

It’s another big month for Network anniversaries in Top Echelon!

That’s because not only do we have another large batch of member agencies celebrating an anniversary this month, but there are also two agencies that are celebrating anniversaries of 20 years or more.

Those two agencies are Pan American Search, Inc. in El Paso, Texas and Computer Recruiters, Inc. in Woodland Hills, California. They have now been members of Top Echelon Network for 26 and 21 years, respectively.

As you can see below, there are 32 agencies overall celebrating a Network anniversary during the month of February. Top Echelon now recognizes any and ALL Network agencies celebrating an anniversary during a given month.

When recognizing Network agencies for their anniversaries, Top Echelon includes the name of the agency; the length of the anniversary; and the location of the agency, including the city and state.
