It’s that time of year again . . . that’s right, the time of year when we talk about last year.

Specifically, we’d like to discuss the top recruiters in Top Echelon Network for 2022. And even more specifically than that, we’d like to discuss the top 10 TE recruiters of the year.

And a LOT happened this past year. For one thing, Michael Stuck of Gables Search Group was a repeat winner of the Recruiter of the Year Award.

Second, Michael broke the record for the most money billed in a calendar year through the Network: nearly $1.4 million. The record was previously held by Trey Cameron of Cameron Craig Group. Last year marked the second straight year that Michael billed more than $1 million through TE.

Third, for the first time in the history of Top Echelon Network, there were two million dollar producers during a calendar year. They were Michael and Trey, who billed a little over $1.1 million in 2022.

Fourth, Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. was in the mix once again. In 2021, he finished in second place overall in TE, and in 2022, he finished in third place with $578K in Network billings.

And fifth, every recruiter in the top 10 billed more than $200K through the Network in 2022. That may be the first time that’s happened in Top Echelon’s history.

Before we unveil the full list of top-producing recruiters (although I suspect that we have already done that), I must trot out our usual disclaimer regarding these rankings:

Our annual list of the top recruiters is determined by Top Echelon Network members’ cash-in total in our split network on a rolling 12-month basis. The order of the list below reflects the recruiters’ cash-in totals for the 2022 calendar year, which ended at midnight on December 31, 2022.

It’s a New Year, which means new split placements in Top Echelon Network!

If you finished in the top 10 in Top Echelon Network during 2022, then you should soon be receiving your Network Rewards Program check.

On the other hand, if you didn’t finish in the top 10 in the Network or if you don’t even know what the Top Echelon Network Rewards Program is, then you’re in luck. Because we have all the information you need!

There are two tiers under our rewards program.

Tier One: TE Gear

Once a Member has reached $25K cash-in through the Network, they will quality for TE gear. Top Echelon headquarters will notify the member that they’ve reached the $25K threshold and can select any item from the TE gear store.

Once a Network member has reached $25K cash-in and selected an item from the TE gear store, there is only one other tier in the program. To reach that tier, a Member must be one of the top 10-producing recruiters for that calendar year in terms of cash-in through the Network. If a member reaches that tier, Top Echelon will reward them with a cash award, as listed below.

(Note: All Network recruiters who reach Tier One in 2022 will have until January 31, 2023 to redeem their reward. If you do not respond by that date, then you will forfeit your rewards. And we don’t want you do that.)

Tier Two: Top 10 Cash-In

The top 10 producers in Top Echelon’s recruiter network each calendar year will receive the following cash-back totals, respectively:

  • 1st Place—$3,000
  • 2nd Place—$2,500
  • 3rd Place—$2,000
  • 4th Place—$1,750
  • 5th Place—$1,500
  • 6th Place—$1,250
  • 7th Place—$1,000
  • 8th Place—$750
  • 9th Place—$500
  • 10th Place—$250

The time frame for the Top Echelon Network Rewards Program is January 1 through December 31 of any given year. The program for that year ends on December 31, and a new program begins on January 1.
