It was a close race for the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter in TE Network for the fourth quarter of 2024!

That’s because the largest split fee edged out the second-largest split fee by just $500.

Claiming the top spot were Aldin Beslagic of BestLogic Staffing and Amir Asgari of Saba Talent, who placed a VP of Sales (Aerospace Services) to earn a $63,000 fee at 20%.

In second place were Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing and Jeff Katz of JSK Recruiting. Amy and Jeff placed a Sr. Director of Global Maintenance Process Systems to earn a fee of $62,500 at 25%.

And we would be remiss if we didn’t mention that Amy dominated the board in terms of the top 10 largest split fees of the fourth quarter. That’s because, as you can see below, she was part of four of the top 10 fees!

And of course, this is one of the big reasons she also earned Recruiter of the Quarter honors for the fourth quarter of 2024!

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in TE Network during the quarter!

Amy Chapman of Key People Staffing certainly made the most of the TE Network split placements she made during the fourth quarter of 2024.

That because, although she made just six splits, her “cash-in” for those six placements totaled a whopping $110,426. That total is good enough to earn her the title of Recruiter of the Quarter!

That means for every split that Amy made during the fourth quarter, the average amount that she received—including after Top Echelon’s 6% brokerage fee—was $18,404. The fees associated with those placements were some mighty big fees, indeed.

By contrast, Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting, another perennial TE top producer, made 12 TE Network splits during the fourth quarter. His “cash-in” total for those splits was $74,577.

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiters of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The date that each recruiter’s agency joined TE Network
  5. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their TE Network career
  6. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their TE Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every TE Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

We’re two weeks into the new year . . . which means we have two weeks’ worth of TE Network split placements!

One of those placements just so happens to represent the Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

Not only that, but we also have not one, not two, not three, but four recruiters who have made their first TE Network split placement! Those recruiters are listed below:

  1. Anna Race of Verus Recruiting Consultants, Inc.
  2. Debbie Guzman of Debbie Guzman
  3. Barry Groves of GP North America
  4. Matt Urbanski of The UrbanHall Group

And to top it all off, Barry and Matt made their first TE Network split with each other! Specifically, they placed a Branch Director to earn a $30,000 recruiting fee at 20%.

So while we’re only two weeks into the new year, there’s already a lot to celebrate in 2025!

As a friendly neighborhood reminder, here is the information that we publish with our placements:

  • Names of the split recruiting partners involved (with their profile photos, when available)
  • Job title
  • Overall placement fee (before TE Network’s 6% brokerage fee, of course)
  • Fee percentage

Please note that the placements listed below reflect deals finalized in TE Network for the period from December 30 through January 12, 2024.

Remember, if you don’t want information related to your split placements published in The Pinnacle, please send an email to marketing@topechelon.com to that effect.

Congratulations to everybody below for the split placements they made in TE Network!

If you’re a newer TE Network member and you’d like to enjoy more success in our recruiter network, then I encourage you to contact Top Echelon Director of Network Operations Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS.

You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.

You have many tools, services, and resources that you use as a recruiter and/or agency owner in your quest to make more placements. Membership in TE Network is just one of them.

But perhaps you’ve been wondering about what kind of return on investment (ROI) you’re receiving on your Network membership. That’s a valid question. (Although I hope you’re asking that question about every tool, service, and resource that you use.)

Let’s cut right to the chase: you do NOT have to make a ton of split placements every year to earn a huge ROI in our Network. In fact, you only have to make one split placement to receive that huge ROI.

How huge is huge? I’m so glad you asked . . .

How the TE ROI is so high

Let’s start with cost. The monthly membership dues for Top Echelon’s recruiting network is $150 per month. Over the course of an entire year, a recruiting agency would pay $1,800 in Network membership dues.

Let’s say that a member agency makes one placement in the Network during that year. We’ll start with the fact that the average TE placement fee is $20,000. So let’s say this one placement brings with it an average TE placement fee.

Okay, so then Top Echelon takes 6% of that total as its brokerage fee. In this case, the brokerage fee is $1,200. That means each recruiter associated with the placement will now split $18,800. Some quick math tells us that’s 9,400 per recruiter (or per agency).

Theoretically, the member agency with which we started paid $1,800 in membership dues over the course of a single year. That was the agency’s monetary investment. The return that the agency received on its investment is $7,780.

Pay $1,800, receive $7,780. After the agency repaid its initial investment of $1,800, it still has $5,980 remaining. And if that sounds like an acceptable ROI, that’s because it is!

Our reasoning is obvious. When you make a split placement in TE Network within a single year, you are more than doubling your money. In fact, the above scenario represents a 300% ROI for each agency involved in the split placement.

Maximize your 2025 return

So that’s the ROI of making just one split in TE Network in 2025: 300%. Of course, some member agencies make far more than one split per year.

However, as you can see, the Network does not have to constitute a major part of your business or recruiting desk for you to receive a huge return on your Top Echelon investment. The Network is meant to supplement your business and your desk, to help maximize it, so to speak.

One split placement is all it takes. If you have yet to make your first split in TE Network, then we want to help you do so in 2025. We want you to receive your 300% ROI.

That’s why I encourage you to contact our Director of Network Operations, Drea Codispoti, CPC/CERS. You can do so by calling 330.595.1742 or by sending an email to drea@topechelon.com.
