At Top Echelon Network, we recognize recruiters for both monthly and quarterly performance in four categories—Recruiter of the Month, Recruiter of the Quarter, Largest Split Fee of the Month, and Largest Split Fee of the Quarter.

We recognize these recruiters by announcing the Network recruiting awards that they’ve won in the pages of The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog.

We have familiar faces in our announcement for December of 2014. Trey Cameron of the Cameron Craig Group, of course, is one face. However, the other two faces are also familiar.

That’s because Mary Anne Buckley of Interstate Recruiters Corp and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc. have now won the Largest Split Fee of the Month Award on multiple occasions.

Buckley and McGinty have formed a VERY productive (and profitable) Trading Partner relationship, one that has resulted in seven placements with fees that would be considered quite healthy. And this dynamic duo has shown no signs of slowing down.

For more information about the Top Echelon Network recruiting awards listed below, login to the Members’ Area and view the profiles and placement details of the winning Network recruiters involved.

Cameron, the Top Echelon Network Recruiter of the Year for 2014, made a total of 11 split placements in the Network during the month of December.

Cameron did receive a fair amount of competition in the form of John Peterson of Sun Recruiting. Peterson was in second place with seven split placements during the month.

Behind Peterson were Steve Copeland of fulltimeGiGs/Albert Energy LLC and Maria Hemminger of MJ Recruiters, LLC in third place with three split placements apiece and Stephanie McGinty of Ives & Associates, Inc. in fourth place with two splits.

Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network recruiting awards based upon two criteria, which are listed below in order of importance:

1.) The number of split placements made
2.) The amount of “cash-in” dollars earned as a result of those split placements

This explains why, when multiple recruiters are tied with the same number of split placements during a given month or quarter, the recruiter with the largest “cash-in” total for their placements is deemed the winner.

In a market like this one, it’s the recruiter that has the candidate who’s in the “driver’s seat,” so to speak . . . which is why recruiters want access to the best candidates!

When recruiters have access to the best candidates, they make more placements, pure and simple.

So when Top Echelon Network recruiters need top-notch candidates, and they can’t seem to find them (and their clients have long ago given up on finding them), to whom do these recruiters turn? To their Trading Partners, of course!

Top Echelon’s success is rooted firmly in the quality of Network candidates, those candidates that Preferred Member recruiters share with one another. Once again, those Network candidates are the focus of our “‘Comments’ and Compliments” feature.

Recruiters who make placements they would NOT have otherwise made because of candidates they received from their Trading Partners are happy recruiters, and they want to share their happiness and praise their Trading Partners.

All things being equal, we certainly can’t blame them.
