There’s a lot to unpack in regards to the largest split placement fees in Top Echelon Network for the fourth quarter of 2023!

And what is better to unpack than money? Not many things, but there are some things, and those things are NOT the focus of this blog post. Instead, the top 10 placement fees in Top Echelon during the final quarter of the recently finished year are the focus!

As you can see, there was a tie for the top spot, as two pair of recruiters made a placement during the quarter that generated a recruiting fee of $52,500.

Those recruiters included Brad McMillan of RPM ReSearch and Steve Kohn of Affinity Executive Search, Inc. Brad and Steve placed Director of Site Operations at 25%.

Those recruiters also included Christina Boudreaux of Connectly Recruiting and Ann Boland of The Boland Group. Christina and Ann placed a SVP – Business Development, also at 25%.

Not only that, but Steve Kohn is also represented not once, not twice, but three times on the list below! Those placements helped fuel his second-place finish in terms of the top TE recruiters overall for the fourth quarter of 2023.

As a reminder, Top Echelon determines the monthly and quarterly winners of its Network split fee recruiting awards in four distinct categories:

1.) Recruiter of the Month
2.) Largest Split Fee of the Month
3.) Recruiter of the Quarter
4.) Largest Split Fee of the Quarter

We only announce the winners of these awards in The Pinnacle Newsletter Blog. We do so usually (but not always) in the issue following the conclusion of each month and/or quarter.

Congratulations to everybody who made the largest split fees in Top Echelon Network during the quarter!

The end of the year brings with it . . . the beginning of another year.

Well, yes. Of course it does. But it also brings with it . . . the Recruiters of the Quarter in Top Echelon Network! (Add appropriate level of applause here.)

And as you can see below, Top Echelon member Brad Dodge of iLocatum Recruiting is the Recruiter of the Quarter for the fourth quarter of 2023. In fact, Brad has now reached a Network milestone, surpassing 100 split placements in TE. Not only that, but he also has another milestone in his sights for the coming year: $1 million billed through Top Echelon.

But of course, Brad was far from the only Network recruiter who made a ton of extra money in Top Echelon during the recently completed fourth quarter. In fact, if you add up all of the money—and we do like to add up all of the money—the 10 recruiters below accounted for close to $825,000 during the quarter!

Below is the information that we include with the Recruiter of the Quarter feature in Top Echelon Network:

  1. The top 10 recruiters for the quarter
  2. The “cash-in” total for each recruiter during the quarter. (We base the order of the recruiters on their amount of “cash-in” dollars, as opposed to the number of split placements they made during the quarter.)
  3. The number of splits that the recruiters made during the quarter
  4. The number of splits each recruiter has made during their Network career
  5. Each recruiter’s cash-in total for their Network career

Congratulations to the recruiters listed below . . . and congratulations to every Network member who made a split placement (or multiple splits) during the quarter!

I’m pleased to announce the Virtual Core Group (VCG) meeting schedule for the month of January!

For those of you who don’t know, Top Echelon Network recruiters share the following information during Virtual Core Group teleconference call meetings:

  • Hot job orders and candidates
  • Information about the activity they’re seeing in the marketplace and/or in their niche
  • Ideas for increased production on their desks and within their agencies

These are the activities that lead most directly to making more split placements in Top Echelon Network.

So that is why I’m inviting—or in other words, strongly encouraging—you to attend one of this month’s Virtual Core Group meetings. Below is the complete VCG schedule for January, including the industries involved and the time that each meeting will be held. (Note: all times are Eastern.)
